Dr Jon has over 25 years of experience in Skin Cancer diagnosis and treatment. Having graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery, Flinders University of South Australia he completed further surgical training at Royal Perth Hospital. After relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 1996 Dr Jon worked in General Practice for a few years before establishing his own Skin Cancer Clinic in Buderim. Diagnosis and treatment of Melanomas is an area of expertise. He is a competent surgeon and focuses on excision of skin cancers while minimising scarring and achieving a good cosmetic result. In his downtime Dr Jon is an avid surfer and snowboarder, he also enjoys travelling and exploring with his family. Dr Jon welcomes all patients for full skin checks and ongoing skin cancer management.
